1. Overview
These Terms govern visitors and registered users of TypingAcademy, an English/Hindi typing-practice, course and government-exam preparation service associated with Instavibes.in. Using the platform means accepting these Terms to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. The Privacy Policy explains information practices.
We provide educational preparation tools; we are not an official examining or recruitment authority unless a specific partnership is expressly identified.
2. Eligibility
Use the platform only where you have the legal capacity or the necessary parent/guardian permission. Some paid services, live competitions, rewards and payout features may have additional age, identity, eligibility and jurisdiction restrictions displayed in their official rules.
We may decline or suspend participation in a prize or referral scheme where legal eligibility cannot be verified. The operator should confirm the actual child-account and consent process before claiming it is fully implemented.
3. Account & Registration
Give accurate account details, maintain the confidentiality of your password and OTP, and notify support promptly if unauthorized access is suspected. You are responsible for actions performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Multiple accounts, impersonation, referral manipulation, false payout information and attempts to evade a suspension are prohibited. Availability of email OTP, social login, account verification and password recovery depends on the current enabled features.
4. Use of Platform
The platform may offer timed English and Hindi Unicode/Mangal/Kruti Dev practice, courses, examination-specific passages, live competitions, quizzes, score histories, leaderboards, badges and communities. Feature availability may change by plan and may vary by browser and keyboard layout.
Typing settings such as Backspace, timer, input method, accuracy and speed scoring are practice configurations, not a guarantee of compliance with a particular government examination. Confirm the current official recruitment notification, typing rules and examination-center keyboard requirements independently.
User-contributed passages, comments and quiz content remain subject to moderation. Do not upload confidential personal data or copyrighted materials without rights to share them.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, bypass payment controls, exploit scoring systems, use bots or scripts to manipulate exams or rankings, misuse other people's accounts, harass participants, post unlawful or infringing content, or claim affiliation with an exam authority without authorization.
We may remove harmful content, restrict compromised accounts and investigate fraud proportionately. Reports can be submitted through Contact Us. Any moderation, notices or grievance processes required by applicable law must be followed.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Before paying, review the checkout page for the actual plan price in INR, applicable taxes, benefits, access duration, expiry date and whether renewal is automatic. A purchased plan provides access only to the features stated in that offer for its stated term.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay or PayU when enabled. A successful payment attempt does not itself guarantee activation until the platform verifies the transaction. Contact support with your order reference if payment succeeds but access is missing; do not share card PINs, passwords or OTPs.
Recurring billing must not be represented as enabled unless the payment flow actually supports it and collects valid authorization. The platform should disclose plan changes and renewal arrangements clearly before purchase.
7. Refunds & Cancellation
Actual refund eligibility must be stated at checkout. Requests involving duplicate charges, failed service activation, billing errors, service non-delivery and other lawful grounds should be reviewed under the plan-specific terms and Indian consumer law. Avoid assuming that all digital-service purchases are automatically non-refundable.
Use Contact Us with the transaction date, reference and problem. The operator must publish and enforce an accurate cancellation/refund workflow and any mandatory timelines. Cancelling or allowing a fixed-term plan to expire generally affects future access rather than deleting historical invoices or statutory records.
8. Practice Results & Content
WPM, accuracy, error counts, rank, scores and certificate-like summaries are practice measurements. They are not official examination results, guarantees of recruitment or verified academic qualifications. Different Hindi keyboard encodings and exam-specific backspace rules can produce materially different scores.
Live tests may impose registration deadlines, timed rounds, permitted keyboard methods and anti-cheating rules. Public leaderboards can show display names, scores and positions. Decisions on rewards, coins, referrals, cash prizes or withdrawals, if offered, must follow separately published contest or program rules and eligibility checks; no reward is guaranteed merely by registering.
9. Intellectual Property
TypingAcademy branding, software, original lesson text, educational design and other original content are owned by or licensed to the applicable rights holders. Your account grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful personal learning and exam preparation.
Do not resell premium content, redistribute protected passages or use platform marks without authorization. Users retain rights in their own original submitted content but grant the service a limited permission to host, display, process and moderate it as needed for the requested feature, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Availability & Liability
We seek to maintain reliable access but interruptions, maintenance, incorrect questions, device incompatibility or temporary payment delays can occur. Students should verify official exam criteria independently. We do not promise a specific WPM, rank, job offer, prize, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Any exclusions or limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law and do not override non-waivable consumer rights, fraud protections or other legal remedies. This section is not a blanket waiver of liability for paid-service failures.
11. Changes, Suspension & Disputes
We may update these Terms with an accurate last-updated date and provide notice when required, especially for material changes affecting paid plans or user rights. We may restrict access for suspected fraud, security incidents or serious breaches, subject to applicable legal obligations and review processes.
Indian law governs the service to the extent applicable. Disputes should first be raised through support, without removing access to statutory consumer forums, competent courts or other remedies. No exclusive venue should be stated until the operator's actual legal details and applicable jurisdiction are confirmed.
